1. Global Logistics & Tariff Coverage
We provide premium worldwide shipping to ensure our blades reach you regardless of international borders.
- USA Orders: Although we are a European-based company, we ensure a frictionless experience for our American patrons. Ulfhednar Bladesmith clears all Import Taxes and Tariffs on your behalf. You will not encounter additional fees or customs demands upon delivery; we manage the administrative complexities so you may simply enjoy the craftsmanship.
- Europe & Canada: We offer Complimentary Shipping to all customers within Europe and Canada.
- EU Domestic: All orders within the European Union are shipped internally, guaranteeing a swift transit process free from customs interference.
2. The 24-Hour Cancellation Window
We recognize that requirements may change shortly after an acquisition.
- You have a 24-hour window from the moment of purchase to cancel your order for a full reversal of funds.
- Once this period elapses, the order is transitioned to our processing department. Cancellations requested after this 24-hour window will require the patron to receive the item and subsequently initiate a formal return.
3. Refunded Transit & Integrity Protection
Should a refund be issued while an item is actively in transit, we maintain a strict policy of mutual integrity:
- Sealed Condition: If a package is delivered after a refund has been granted, it must remain unopened and in its original, factory-sealed state.
- Recovery: We will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. Simply dispatch the unopened parcel back to our forge.
- Validation: If the package is unsealed or used after a refund is issued, the return status is rendered void, as the product’s "New" status can no longer be verified by our smiths.
4. Craftsmanship & Shipping Timelines
- Standard Acquisitions: These are typically dispatched within 7 to 10 business days to ensure efficient delivery.
- Bespoke Commissions: For custom-engineered designs, please allow approximately 3 weeks. This timeframe allows our craftsmen to ensure your unique piece is executed with absolute precision.
5. Returns & The 15-Day Inspection Period
- Right of Return: You retain the right to return your order within 15 days of delivery for any reason.
- Condition Requirements: To be eligible, items must be unused, housed in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
- Damages: Please evaluate your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or deviates from your specifications, contact Sales@ulfhednarbladesmith.com immediately to facilitate an urgent resolution.
6. Guaranteed Satisfaction
- 4-Week Arrival Guarantee: Should your order fail to arrive within 4 weeks of the shipment date, we will authorize an immediate full refund.
- Expedited Processing: Once a return is verified, your refund is processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Non-Returnable Bespoke Items
To maintain our rigorous standards, certain items are exempt from our standard return policy:
- Custom & Personalized Orders: Any items handcrafted to your specific measurements or unique specifications are non-returnable. These are considered final sales.
- Digital Assets: We do not offer refunds on digital or physical gift cards.
