Refund & Return Protocol (2026)

At Ulfhednar Bladesmith, we stand behind the superior quality of our handcrafted gear. Should you find yourself less than completely satisfied with your acquisition, we have established a definitive return process to protect your investment and ensure your peace of mind.

1. The 24-Hour Cancellation Window

We recognize that requirements may change shortly after a purchase is finalized.

  • You possess a 24-hour window from the moment of purchase to cancel your order for a full reversal of funds.
  • Once this period elapses, the order is transitioned to our processing department. Any cancellation requested after this window will require the patron to receive the item and subsequently initiate a formal return.

2. The 15-Day Return Eligibility

You are granted 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To maintain eligibility for a refund:

  • The item must remain unused and housed within its original packaging.
  • All products must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received.

3. Non-Returnable Bespoke Items

To maintain our rigorous standards and the exclusivity of our work, certain items are exempt from returns:

  • Custom & Personalized Commissions: Any items handcrafted to your specific measurements or unique specifications are non-returnable. These bespoke pieces are created exclusively for you.
  • Digital Assets: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on gift cards.

4. Protocol for Initiating a Return

  • Step 1: Contact our sales team at sales@ulfhednarbladesmith.com to formally notify us of your intent to return.
  • Step 2: Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions for dispatching your package.
  • Note: Please refrain from sending items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted by our forge.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Erroneous Items

We urge you to inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product, please email us at sales@ulfhednarbladesmith.com. We will evaluate the discrepancy immediately and provide a replacement or a specialized fix to rectify the situation.

6. Exchanges

The most streamlined method for an exchange is to return the original item for a refund. Once the return is finalized and accepted, you may place a new, separate order for the desired replacement piece.

7. The 15-Day Cooling-Off Period

In alignment with our commitment to satisfaction, you retain the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 15 days of delivery, provided the item adheres to our eligibility criteria (unused and in original packaging).

8. Refund Timeline & Processing

  • Inspection: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
  • Processing: Once approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Support: If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval without receipt of funds, please contact us at sales@ulfhednarbladesmith.com.

9. Delivery & Accuracy Guarantee

  • 4-Week Arrival Guarantee: Should your order fail to arrive within 4 weeks of the shipment date, we will authorize an Immediate Full Refund.
  • Accuracy Guarantee: If you receive an incorrect product, Ulfhednar Bladesmith will cover all return shipping costs and dispatch the correct item at no additional expense to you.
